Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation.
No cancellation or refund is allowed once the deposit is made.
No reduction in the number of participants is permitted after deposit payment.
The remaining balance must be settled at least 2 weeks before check-in.
Accepted payment methods: Cash or bank transfer (proof of payment required).
Credit card or cheque payments are available upon request.
All prices are inclusive of SST and subject to change unless full payment has been made.

Meals & Dietary Information

Buffet meals are included as stated in the package.
All food is prepared by our Muslim chefs — No Pork & No Lard.
Vegetarian options are available upon request.
No outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises.
Buffet service requires a minimum of 30 pax per group.

Check-In & Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to management approval and availability.
Please inform our team in advance for any timing adjustments.

General Rules

Guests are responsible for their belongings and any property damage.
The management reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities due to weather or safety concerns.
